This spot is huge! The parking lot is crap but we walked so that worked out for us. The staff was super friendly and it's decorated really well. The crab dip was delightful. We had a really good time.

I love the Classy vibe and ambience inside. Their Crab dip is delicious! I sat at the bar and appreciated the bartenders humor and honest opinions about items on the menu. Their oyster selection was also good.

Great food and drinks. Fantastic Bloody Mary and oyster shooter Our server Diana guided through the menu and couldn't have been nicer. She took a great interest in us! Would 10/10 come back

My first time visiting. I went in for happy hour & was serviced by Aniya. She was absolutely amazing. Very kind, and patient. She gave great recommendations as well. Customer service was great starting at the hostess. The food was better than I expected. Everything came out in a timely manner & was hot and fresh! I wish I had this restaurant back home in Florida. Very great vibe. Music not so loud to where you can't hear your guest speak.

Great lunch experience here! Not too much of a crowd days before Christmas. Ordered the seafood tower, their grilled fish, and a few other small plates. Service was great, very friendly. Lots of great cocktail options. Overall, just a nice experience with the family.

Service was amazing. We made reservations but the restaurant was surprisingly not that busy the Friday after Thanksgiving. This is a nice casual dining option for a date night. There's costal theme decorations and all the seafood tastes fresh and cooked/prepared perfectly. The crab cake had more crab meat than any crab cake I've ever had. The scallop imperial was rich in flavor and a great portion size. We loved the oysters. They were perfectly cheesy and similar to an oyster Rockefeller. This restaurant will definitely be on my usual list for future Charleston trips.

I was in Charleston for business, and I wanted some fresh seafood. This place doesn't disappoint. The oysters are quite fresh, with a selection from sweet to briny, to fit any palate. Some places have really innovative toppings for oysters, but this place was pretty standard. So, I would suggest keeping it simple, with minimal toppings. Service was relatively quick, but I was there on a pretty empty evening, so it's hard to know what it's like when it's busy. They have a seafood tower that I want to give a try.

If you're looking for Charleston's best crab dip, looking no further. as someone who has eaten a lot of crab dip in this city, I can confirm this is one of the best. I love the ambience here, it's quiet and sexy, but has that industrial vibe. Happy hour and events at the cigar factory can make this place popular but they also have great outdoor seating. The oysters are always here as well. I've never particularly been blown away by the service, but I've also never hated it.

Stopped in for oysters -- specifically the Rappahannock River oysters! I love mine sweet so these are what I usually get here. Their regular ones are $2 during happy hour. The burger is very good! The mussels are great as well. Service is always so great, always greeted at the door with a smile. It's a nice place for dinner with friends, family, or alone!
